Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst is a supporting member of the ZTD PMO group and is responsible for supporting implementation of PMO processes. This role will be responsible for being the SME for the ZTD PMO tool MS Project Online, supporting the Project Manager user community with the usage of the tool and provide needed metrics for PMO reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* SME for MS Project Online tool configure the tool as PMO functions evolve and support the project management user community with the usage of tool

* Be well versed in ZTD PMO processes, help project managers understand the processes and implement those

* Understand project and portfolio financial management budget, forecasting, accruals etc.; generate financial metrics reports

* Mine MS Project Online data as needed for KPI reporting as well as operational PMO reports

* Documenting and following up on actions from meetings

* Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor s degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience working with projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

* Basic understanding of Project and Portfolio management processes and lifecycle

* Ability to collect data and identify trends, generate reports

* Ability to learn quickly the tools and technologies related to project and portfolio management and attain expertise to be able to train and support the user community

* High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI (or SQL Server Reporting Services)

* Must be able to communicate well with colleagues at all levels of the organization

* Ability to work independently

* Willingness to cooperate and collaborate to get organization s goals accomplished

* Capacity to handle multiple tasks at once

* Attention to detail is required; with the ability to view the larger picture

* Consistently model behaviors of accountability and ownership through excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills

* Experience using Microsoft Project Server via Project Online is a plus

Working knowledge of PowerBI or other Reporting tools is a plus
