Professional Care Provider responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within a designated time period. Provides nursing care based on department and regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with other members of the health care team.

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Current New Jersey RN license; Current BLS Certification; and completion of required skill level courses.
