Job Description:

UST Global is looking for an SAP Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SAP cloud migration projects and will be a key member of our SAP service line.The ideal candidate should have a functional or technical SAP background with the ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.

Experience Required:

12+ years of SAP project experience with 5+ years of cloud migration experience

SAP on-prem to cloud migration experience preferred

SAP ECC and S/HANA project management experience preferred

Degree in computer science, engineering science or equal education

SCP, SAC, IBP integration experience welcomed

Location: This position will be based in US.

Travel Expectations: up to 80%

As a SAP Project Manager, your focus will include, but is not be limited to:

Exposure to SAP Migration Methodology and should be able to a participate heavily in the planning discussions

Management of On-, Near-, and Offshore teams and the ability to work with large, decentralized project teams.

Familiarity with market leading project accelerators.

Working with the development and consulting teams to deliver SAP Services and solutions.

Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies

Strong communication skills. Able to discuss in depth technical issues with development and functional teams.

Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical

Needs to be able to lead client meetings as well as participate in pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

Ability to travel to client locations if required

English speaking and writing

Top 3 must have:

SAP cloud migration experience with at least 4-5 full cycle SAP implementation or migration project experience

Must have a functional or technical SAP background

CPG or HiTech Industry experience preferred

Good to have:

Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development

Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs
