JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.

* Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes

* Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow

* Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues

* Communicates information to responsible parties

* May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members

* May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/TECHNOLOGY USED

* Broad experience with escrow transactions

* Strong customer service skills

* Problem solving skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Knowledge of MS Office suite

* Excellent verbal/written communication skills

* Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

* Strong detail orientation

* Ability to analyze, compare, interpret and process data

* Strong knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

TYPICAL EDUCATION

* High School diploma or equivalent

TYPICAL RANGE OF EXPERIENCE

* 2+ years of related experience
