Job Description:
Position Summary: Provides group and individual therapy to promote personal growth and resiliency in the form of emotional, cognitive, behavioral and/or psychological changes in clients with a primary SUDS focus. This includes performing continuing assessment of the client's needs and functioning, maintenance of appropriate documentation, case coordination and development and implementation of personal growth plans consistent with the client's therapeutic needs. A Clinician is required to use independent discretion and judgment when providing services to clients. As part of Centerstone's team-oriented philosophy, a Clinician is expected to actively participate in variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives. Position includes transportation of clients.

Minimum Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services. Relevant employment experience in substance abuse and CADC is preferred. Or required to obtain CADC within 2 years of hire. Providers utilizing electronic health records and/or other automated/electronic documentation systems are required to have computer and keyboarding experience and skills or the ability to develop such skills within required timeframes in order to meet the level of proficiency set by the agency. Salary based on qualifications and experience. Requires successful completion of background check and ability to effectively utilize electronic systems including electronic health record. Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving history.
