Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.

What will I be doing?

As a Manager of Talent Research for the Executive Recruitment team you will identify, attract, and convert diverse qualified candidates for Hilton. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Recruitment Programs you will serve as research consultant for Hilton's inhouse Executive Recruitment team. You will use a Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM) and partner closely with Executive Recruiters and Executive Clients to define the marketplace, build and execute on passive sourcing plans, and, deliver outstanding talent. In addition to your Executive Sourcing responsibilities you will work across the recruitment enterprise to define diversity recruitment strategy and execution, bringing your extensive knowledge of diversity recruitment standard methodologies to bear. You will have outstanding written and verbal communications, you're comfortable picking up the phone and calling candidates and using multiple tools to connect with the marketplace (e.g. LinkedIn is NOT your best friend). Your special sourcing ninja power will be identifying, connecting, and assessing executive level talent for hard to fill VP and above roles.

More specifically you will:


  • Ensure that every executive candidate pipeline is diverse
  • Work in partnership with the Executive Recruitment team to deliver accurate and timely status and market intelligence reports
  • Serve as the point person for highly visible strategic projects across the broader recruitment enterprise including driving standard methodologies in diversity sourcing.

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Six (6+) years of professional experience
  • Three (3+) years of experience working at an executive search firm, or in an in-house research function serving executive recruitment
  • Two (2+) years of experience using an in-house CRM such as Avature, Beamery, Phenom People etc.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
