The Senior Business Development Manager - Americas (BDM) is a new role within Global Expansion Markets (GEM), a new business unit set up in RB. The role of GEM within RB is to take the wide portfolio of RB brands plus new segments to new geographies which are not in plan for local country organization launch / roll out, working with external partners to ensure access to high quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment to all consumers.

The BDM plays a key role on the GEM sales team driving borderless channel strategy and managing GEM customer relationships. This highly important role will mix strategic development of our GEM models by identifying new opportunities and delivering commercial targets for GEM in the Americas (specifically Canda and Latin America), while driving best in class execution working closely with the 3rd party distributors identified for the geography. The BDM will drive the execution model that allows RB to plug-and-play new brands and segments with relative ease in established GEM markets and partnerships.

Qualifications
•Entrepreneurial talent with 5+ years of sales, trade marketing / business development experience; experience in whitespace expansion and new sales model development & execution is a plus •Prior experience includes frontline sales / international trade / exports; launching and growing new brands working with cross-functional, global teams; international work and ecommerce experience preferred •Ability to drive new business - entrepreneurial mindset •Relationship builder with strong focus and passion for delivering targets •Strong creative, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skill; ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured environments; comfortable with fast-paced, high-pressure environment •Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams; strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities •Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
