DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Incorporate corporate architectural standards into application design specifications. Document application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules, and develop or enhance software application modules. Implement code quality controls and support access uplift programs and secure coding practices. Comply with project life cycle methodology in all planning steps. Adhere to IT control policies throughout design, development, and testing stages. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Work with product and technology partners using Agile methodology to coordinate and deliver multiple platform capabilities. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate security requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed IT solutions. Work with Vendor (Actimize) to deliver any custom solutions required for the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Project/Systems Lead, Programmer Analyst, Technology Lead, or a related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following skills: Actimize Risk Case Manager and Actimize Intelligence server, including its configuration, packaging, installation, and administration; RCM designer, AIS visual modeler, server monitor, and logs analysis; Apache Tomcat; Actimize Analytics Intelligence server; XML; SOAP; database SQL scripting in Oracle and MSSQL; release management tools such as CVS, SVN, or Bit Bucket; development tools such as Control-M, SOAP UI, SQL Developer, or SQL Server Management Studio; and Actimize product. This position requires six (6) years of experience with XSD. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: IBM Websphere; and JQuery. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: technology frameworks including Spring framework and Hibernate; architectural, design, and development of enterprise applications using Java, J2EE technologies, JSP Servlets, JDBC, and JavaBeans; and build tools such as Ant, Maven, or Splunk monitoring tool.
