Description
We are looking for an Analyst / Associate level Equity Derivatives Structurer to join a dynamic team, focused on developing increasingly sophisticated trading strategies in the equity and equity derivatives space.

You will be involved in the development, maintenance of systematic indices delivered, typically via indices to our institutional client base (pensions, asset managers, hedge funds etc.).

This will involve covering all aspects of the index development life cycle including pre-processing of data, signal research, index document, implementation and marketing of the strategies.

You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quants, Research, Legal as well as other members of the Structuring team.

Competencies:


  • University degree: engineering, mathematics, physics, quantitative finance
  • Demonstrable experience of complex data analysis (using Python)
  • A keen and demonstrable interest in quantitative finance is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and eagerness to learn
  • Interest and experience in market microstructure is a plus
