Job Description:

At JPMorgan Chase, in the Commercial Real Estate group, we are undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda which builds on the success of the current online service offerings; investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels - focused on the Commercial Real Estate group for Beyond Banking/Digital Transformation products.

We are seeking a highly effective and efficient Digital Product Management Sr. Associate to support the Digital Product Manager lead in multiple facets. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for executing on product development, requirements and alignment with overall roadmap for digital client-facing channel supporting Commercial Bank onboarding. The Sr. Associate's role is to support the above including:

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Product leads in end-to-end product development/innovation related to Commercial Term Lending client onboarding

• Serve as product liaison and support Digital Product Manager in supporting scrum team meetings and ensure that delivery aligns with overall product vision

• Develop product features by collaborating with technology, digital, design and subject matter experts across Operations, Know Your Customer and client onboarding, service and front-office

• Agile management of product requirements, stories and rapid prototyping as needed

• Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) with relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in

• Partner with product lead to execute against strategy and product/pilot roadmap for onboarding transformation, real estate tool vision execution and related defined new products

• Own and proactively identify issues and drive resolutions end-to-end

• Produce project reporting and tracking documentation to evaluate progress and quality as needed

• Gather and deliver stories, update, and drive requirements related to digital onboarding capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong expertise in product development / product management, preferably in Financial services

• Results-orientation - takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and accurately

• Demonstrated drive to achieve results, and meet deadlines and deliverables

• Fast learner able to operate in an ambiguous environment

• Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement mindset

• Enthusiasm for business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value; Strong work ethic

• Thrives in fast-paced environment able to manage and execute across competing deliverables

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with JIRA, confluence, Visio and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate
