Compass Behavioral Health Dodge City Outpatient Office is looking for an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats!  We have done some reorganization and are seeking an Office Manager who can organize, coordinate, and manage relationships.  We have a fast paced, highly public business.  Leadership skills are a must.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  High school education with training in vocational and academic areas related to business concerns.  Two years experience working within a business setting, preferably with supervisory responsibility over other staff.  Experience with Windows based computer applications including Word and Excel.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:     Exhibits excellent customer service skills, and represents Compass Behavioral Health in a professional manner.  The Office Manager will be cross-trained in other clerical functions in the office.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  In consultation with Program Director, assists in managing aspects of the Regional program as a component of Compass Behavioral Health including planning, budgeting, revenue/expense management, and recruiting, hiring, and evaluating clerical staff. Responsible for ensuring the quality of all aspects of work within the office.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
