We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and resourceful Global Services Performance Academy Lead.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and deliver engaging, measurable learning content focused on prioritized tech personas and core tech pillars to empower employee re-skilling and catalyze the cultural shift integral to SVB's tech transformation.
Build a cutting-edge technology training, workforce strategy and learning for employees in Global Services and relevant business partners.
Define the roadmap and implementation strategy for all learning products, including software applications and in-classroom Experiences in partnership with the Technology Leadership, Product, Talent Development and Learning Advisory Council.
Solidify the buy or build content strategy aligned to roadmap.
Work with leadership to refine learning roadmap based upon timelines for platform builds and development of governance standards.
Prioritize Content Development based on customization needs.
Define key objectives and metrics that support learning for Global Services.
Develop and implement strategy to assess the skills of SVB's tech population in order to define KPIs for 2021 to identify gaps and learning needs and better understand demand.
Manage/lead learning pod to create and curate content aligned to roadmap.
Experience defining roadmap and implementation strategy for all learning products, including software applications and in-classroom.
Strong team player that builds morale through relationships
Strong People Leadership skills including managing cross functional and diverse teams
Leader in corporate innovation and transformation,
Deep knowledge and practice of Agile Methodologies, Human Centered Design, Product Management, Design Thinking
Strong Communications Skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Experience in defining workforce strategy
Skilled at building relationships
Prior experience building and managing partnerships
