We are now looking for a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Engineer - Circuit Design.

Our teams focus is on architecture and design of CMOS high-speed chip interfaces (NVLink, IEEE, PCIE, USB) and other complex analog functions. Strong hands-on experience in the lab with silicon evaluation, debugging, characterization, and bring up.

What you'll be doing:


  • You will work as part of a team to design and implement high speed SERDES and complex mixed-signal circuits such as high speed digital/analog PLLs, ADC/DACs, as well as various analog auxiliary circuits like LDOs/Opamps, using the state-of-the-art CMOS technologies.


  • Work closely with mask design engineers to deliver the physical design as well as work with characterization groups for silicon evaluation.


  • Your other responsibilities will include architecture studies, circuit designs & simulations, floor-planning, reliability verifications and silicon bring-up.


  • If you have a strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and analytical skills, this is the ideal position for you.


What we need to see:


  • MSEE required/PhD preferred with 5+ years of experience in the analog/mixed-signal domain with advanced CMOS technology nodes. In-depth knowledge of device fundamentals and transistor level analog design concepts is required.


  • Hands-on experience with mixed-signal designs like: ADC/DAC, all-digital/hybrid PLL, clock distribution circuits at high frequencies. Experience with high-speed SerDes projects is a plus.


  • Familiar with simulation tools such as spectre, hspice, AFS, and MATLAB, System Verilog. Proficient with Cadence custom circuit design tools like ADE-L and ADE-XL. You have deep understanding and experience in running complex simulations such as Monte-Carlo, noise simulations and stability analysis.


  • You are capable of running and debugging DRC and LVS with verification tools (Calibre, ICV, or like).


  • Ideally, you are able to work effectively in a team, with good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and positive energy.


  • Proficient in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Matlab etc is a plus.
