In this role you will lead the effort with our world-wide partners to drive definition and development of new enterprise solutions that implement NVIDIA's GPU and Networking Platform technologies. You will then jointly position them to sell with - and sell through - our broader Partner Network. Acting as a single voice, you will drive requirements into NVIDIA's core business teams to align with engineering, marketing, sales, and PR to drive effective go-to-market strategies. What you'll be doing with us:
The NVIDIA Platform and Solutions team is responsible for establishing outstanding GPU accelerator and Networking based systems and solutions with the world's largest technology providers. Working with our partner global account managers, program managers, industry teams, and ISV alliance managers, this function will encourage our global partners to deliver compelling solutions featuring NVIDIA GPUs and Networking, then establish a time-to market-position with our new product introduction. Measurement will be based on developing the execution of go-to-market strategies, time-to-market metrics, and global partner revenue.


  • Work with the multiple business units to update partners on NVIDIA software and solution roadmaps, schedules and product transitions


  • Aggregate partner solution efforts, launch plans, and go-to-market efforts, presenting those requirements internally to senior leadership


  • Work with sales and core business unit leadership to prioritize partner engagements and engineering resources


  • Build launch plans around server, storage, networking, and software environments product marketing / PR teams as well as facilitating launch activities and trade show engagement


  • Influence partner solution roadmaps with execution of current deliverables plus creation of net new solutions


  • Provide a consistent voice to partners, capturing feedback and maintaining an impartial voice of the customer to internal NVIDIA technical and business leadership


  • Lead cross line of business product integration strategy with OEM and ODM partners from workstation to datacenter to edge


What we need to see:


  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience


  • 10+ years of experience in solution development with outstanding credentials of driving end product to market


  • Experience leading and driving cross functional teams


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of working as a self-starter and with minimal direction


  • History of efficiently working with enterprise technology partners


  • A history of implementing successful long term relationship with customers, including engineering and business unit executives


  • You are process oriented, with a high capability for logical and critical thinking with the ability to tie ISV, software, and hardware requirements into cohesive product integration strategies with system partners


Ways to stand out from the crowd:


  • Experience with AI, HPC, Virtualization (hypervisor), visualization, or containerized ISV ecosystem partners


  • Skilled in working with marketing teams to launch products globally


  • High degree of proficiency around enterprise solution providers and/or system integrators where delivering a complete hardware and software stack was required


  • Cloud or hybrid cloud deployment proficiency


  • Intelligence around traditional workstation workflows, ISVs, and their transition to the new datacenter workloads
