Job Description:

As a Senior Help Desk Analyst, you will assist PPG Refinish customers with support for PPG proprietary software, Windows software, computers, computer peripherals and basic computer networking. Support is accomplished primarily by staffing and answering phone calls plus using remote support tools to connect into customer computers. Do you enjoy mentoring peers? You will share your organizational and technical knowledge with other Help Desk team members!
Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage, master PPG software, update internal records
• Aid team in resolving hardware and software customer issues
• Handle questions and, or, concerns regarding PPG or vendor equipment policies
• Build, and or, configure computers
• Provide input for staff performance reviews to Site Coordinator
• Suggest department, process and procedure improvements and help implement
• Assist in team development, training, & mentor staff on technical specialty
• Assist with monthly inventory control on a rotating basis
• Assist in resolving order, shipping, receiving, and customer issues as it relates to the Help Desk

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3-5 years' experience in a Help Desk position, using Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially knowledgeable of Excel and Word, working with Operating System platforms (including Windows 10, 8, 7).
• Microsoft certifications and, or, A+ or Network + is preferred.
