What will you do
Reporting directly to the financial leader of the group, this position will be an integral team member responsible for supporting the financial management of Factory Direct (FD) & National Accounts (NA). The team member will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting & financial analysis. In order to complete tasks and meet deadlines, the analyst must work independently and within various financial systems (SAP/HFM/NxTrend). Although the principal focus will be FD & NA, supporting the DX finance team as a whole and supporting their respective leaders is required. This position is located in Norman, OK, however it can also be remote.
 
How will you do it 


  • Focus on profitable sales growth and improved segment income.

  • Assist lead analyst with intercompany reconciliations and PO settlement.

  • Maintain accuracy of fixed assets for FD – capitalization/retirement/future depreciation schedules/tax reporting.

  • Work directly with FD & NA sales/operations team and leadership.

  • Prepare earned payouts for payroll on all variable compensation plans (5) for FD & NA.  

  • Budget commissions and structured bonus – quarterly and annually.

  • Prepare accruals for monthly earned compensation and reconcile balance sheet.

  • Point of contact for account manager compensation.

  • Conduct FD field training sessions when necessary.

  • Educate and develop international shared service (MBC/BBC/IBC) team members.

  • Detail documentation of any new methodology or processes.

  • Improve processes to insure the integrity of the balance sheet.  

 

What we look for
Required


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.

  • Superior data management skills.

  • A minimum of three to five years large business systems experience, working in a matrix organizational structure.

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal are required. A

  • Able to work independently.

 
Preferred


  • MBA

  • Experience using Oracle, Hyperion or SAP systems.
