Work location Cognizant office Client office with city state Hartford CT Alternate location with facility details Client interview Yes Willing to take contractors Yes Duration of Requirement  Long term Open for Up Skilling Applicable for all requirements Yes Remote Option Temporary until Covid The resource should have good reasoning and communication skill Production support experience in healthcare is preferred The resource have to manage the ticket influx priorities it work with business application team other production support team and resolve the issue The resource should have high level knowledge about the Rest services and should have knowledge about agile methodology  Manages the scope of the project and ensures that scope changes are reviewed and approved by the CVS team  Evaluates project activities utilizing quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall project effort  Adheres to production support methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools capturing best practices and identifying areas for process improvement  Status Reports  Dashboard updates
