Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage key service segments with responsibility for leading the implementation of new products from ideation to market launch and support product optimization
Generate new product concepts through proven ideation methodologies; Synthesize internal and external market research to identify and assess customer needs and preferences; Leverage analytical and financial analysis skill set to evaluate economic potential of new concepts
Work cross-functionally to define product requirements and develop business processes to support new products including key vendor partners, PEO and Business Technology
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years professional experience in Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Product Development
1-2 years experience with project management preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work comfortably with all levels of employees, management and leadership
Strong analytical skills, such as root cause analysis and evaluation of product/campaign effectiveness and/or market research results
Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills (financial analysis and business case development), initiative, creative problem solving, initiative, opportunistic thinking, initiative, customer focus, and project management skills (planning, effective execution, and external vendor management).
This position must effectively partner with various teams across the business including IT, Legal, Regulatory, Revenue Operations, Call Center Operations and Marketing to develop and grow new products.
