Woolpert is seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant in our Dayton, Ohio office. This position will provide support to the Accounting Department and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

- Verify, code and process employee expense reports

- Assist in processing of Accounts Payable as needed

- Maintain vendor and subconsultant system records

- Process employee per diem and tuition reimbursement requests

- Assist in performing bi-weekly check runs

- Support other accounting functions as necessary

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent.

- 5+ years relevant experience.

- Deltek experience a plus put but not required.

- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing all essential functions required of the position.

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have excellent typing skills and Microsoft Office suite skills.

- Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Must have a strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization and follow-through.

- Must work well independently and as part of a team.
