- Field Sales Support - Must be able to work closely with outside sales person within the territory and execute a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty.
- Outbound calling- Must be able to maintain a call volume necessary to schedule pre- determined number of highly qualified product demonstrations.
- Lead Management/Generation- provide leadership in managing same day follow-up on leads from all lead sources. Manage WatchGuard, Inc.'s leads from markets where WatchGuard Video products may apply.
- Relation Management- Must be able to develop new relationships with potential WatchGuard, Inc. clients.
- Database Management- Accurately manage the appending and usage of data from lead database. Continually update WatchGuard's CRM/Salesforce with all of your prospect contact, agency profile and sales activity information. Track all referrals.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Strong verbal, written, and PC skills in google
- Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage various activities.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Respond to technical issues, coordinate and oversee resolution of problems.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Familiarize self with competitors' products and sell against them.
- Proven sales skills in a fast paced environment.Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales/technical sales or sales support role
- Strong customer service/technical service background
