Job Summary

The North America Trimble Sales Operations team is looking for someone to analyze, organize, identify and resolve duplicate records in Salesforce.com. This includes looking at data from multiple records and sources and understanding differences and similarities, highlighting areas where data is duplicated and/or inaccurate, and resolving such discrepancies. In addition, this role may include various Sales Operations tasks such as creating and pulling reports, processing orders, creating quotes, creating training documentation, etc.

In this role you will

* Support the organization in identifying and resolving duplicate records in Salesforce.com and Oracle

* Manage the planning, execution, and validation of the Salesforce records updates

* Consolidate and action feedback, issues, and data clean-up requests from a large team of individual contributors

* Spend a large amount of time looking into the data and comparing different sources to understand differences and similarities

* Create, maintain and update a spreadsheet within Google Suite to reflect and communicate project status within the organization

* Partner with cross-functional team members to understand deltas in the data, test, and develop solutions

* Proactively communicate across various teams to support deduplication project

* Consolidate and share relevant news and updates with the Sales Operations Manager

* Perform various ad-hoc Sales Operations tasks

Qualifications

* Exceptional analytic skills and desire to dig in and understand the why and how we improve

* Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the team and business

* Able to summarize and articulate discrepancies in the data

* Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for critical thinking

* Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

* Adaptable to change and enjoys learning in a fast-paced, complex, environment

* Experience with identification, research, and resolving discrepancies in analytical procedures or cross-functional methods

* Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful and concise reports and actionable findings.

* 3+ years experience in a professional business environment

* History of building and maintaining relationships across a diverse range of teams

* Ability to prioritize and work independently and respond to requests in timely manner

* Strategic thinker with the ability to solve for solutions that work not only today, but for the longer term

* Intermediate understanding of Excel

* Basic understanding of software license types preferred

* Experience in an administrative, operational, or sales operations role preferred

* Experience working with Google Suite and Salesforce.com

* Experience working with Oracle a plus

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
