We are currently seeking a SAN Engineer/Architect to join our team in Rockville, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

Serves as lead storage administrator in the design, implementation and management of the storage environment. Responsible for configuring storage area network architecture. Determines how SAN is logically created, which components are used, data storage and retrieval frameworks, device/host interconnectivity and other parameters/components essential for a SAN.

Basic Qualifications:

* 8-10 years of experience in Database Administration

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

* Cisco Data Center Certification SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association)

* Storage Networking Engineer Certification (Dell EMC, Net App, Pure)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

* Microsoft Technology Certifications (Operating Systems)

* VMware Certifications Linux Certifications
