Job Description:

As our Retail Domain Practice/Cluster Leader you will have opportunity to:

UST Global is looking to add a Retail Domain Leader to provide strategic leadership and drive growth within one of our biggest verticals.

This thought leadership role comes with an array of exciting responsibilities:

* Coach new members of the team regarding UST processes and supporting efforts to educate the UST Organization regarding the Retail vertical & solutions

* Participate in analyst and marketing events and continuously update the practice on customer and market tendencies

* Drive and build new Retail solutions and service offerings, value propositions and go-to-market sales tools for those solutions and service offerings

* Be the customer's voice

* Provide vision, position solutions & market guidance in the Retail space

* Provide Thought Leadership

* Drive relevant and meaningful new business opportunities and growth

* Assist in client discovery & needs assessment

* Articulate the UST value proposition to client, prospects, partners and market stakeholders

* Position UST Global solutions as a strong partner from a domain perspective

* Drive digital analytics, modernization and relevant experiences to benefit the market

* Lead Talent acquisition and development initiatives within the practice

* Train and supervise the team ensuring that needed training and guidance is provided

* Perform feasibility studies and qualify opportunities

* Provide pre-sales support to UST Regions for the retail practice including directing and performing the following activities:

* Capability Articulation

* Solution development, presentations and walkthroughs

* Estimation, staffing plans

* Presentation development

* Customize collateral material
