Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Conyers, GA

What we re looking for:

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who will provide commercial and financial leadership to the Dover Food Retail sales organization. This person will own all reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the team and will provide operation support for the sales organization. This person will work cross-functionally between finance, sales, pricing and product management to understand market dynamics, business performance, and help define and support commercial strategies and tactics across multiple product lines and sales channels.

What you ll be responsible for in this role:

* Develop rhythm, metrics, tools, and resources to report and forecast revenue and customer margins

* Manage both onshore and offshore resources in fulfilling the deliverables and expectations of this position

* Analyze forecast accuracy and drive accountability

* Provide tools to the sales team for forecasting, margin evaluation, and scenario planning

* Partner with Regional Sales VP s to evaluate and monitor customer opportunities and risks

* Support pricing team with reporting and ad hoc analysis

* Support design, accuracy, and implementation of new Business Intelligence and Forecasting tool

* Provide enterprise pricing/bid support in multi-product line opportunities

* Daily sales, order, backlog reporting and forecasting

* Manage master customer hierarchy and mapping

* Detailed customer analysis (region, products, pricing, historical comparisons, etc.)

* Annual customer margin reviews and strategy setting

* Performance vs. industry analysis

* Sales bonus and commission accrual guidance and tracking

* Customer rebate analysis, accrual guidance

* Monitor customer concessions

* Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary

What are the basic qualifications:

* Bachelor s Degree in Finance or Accounting

* 7+ years experience in a financial leadership role, with preference in a manufacturing environment

To be a great fit for this role:

* Experience in manufacturing finance

* Confidence and proven ability to influence and work across multiple key stakeholders

* Willingness to get hands dirty and spend time on plant floor to establish link of physicals to financials

* Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-mining ability, solid analytical skills

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve quality results

* Strong interpersonal & analytic skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Creative and innovative problem-solving skills

* High financial systems aptitude
