AS A LEAD TEACHER YOU WILL:

* Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child s development

* Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on activities based on your observations of children s interests and skills

* Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care

MUST MEET STATE AND COMPANY MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING:

* At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting

* At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED

* CDA or higher Required

* Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* Pass required state and company background checks
