Job Description

Global KCP DTS is a dynamic, innovative team of multi-dimensional professionals who deeply understand how to generate business value through results-driven services delivery for K-C’s business stakeholders.  As part of this team, the Global Marketing Technology Leader will be a major influencer of product vision and strategy.  Success is measured by the ability to plan, design and deliver configurable, scalable and extensible digital solutions that drive business and customer value.

Scope/Categories:

Key Interfaces: Global KCP Marketing stakeholders and customers, Global Marketing Directors, Delivery Engine Leadership, external delivery partners and software vendors.

Key Accountabilities: 


  • Establish trusted relationships with key Global Marketing and Customer Experience stakeholders and being a connected, influential player with Marketing Global Leadership.


  • Lead Global KCP Marketing digital product strategy and programs including envisioning and delivering capabilities that enrich and enable new digital experiences.


  • Act as an entrepreneur, performing market and competitive analysis to inform Marketing innovation.  Actively guide and inspire the Global KCP Marketing team around the vision and feature priorities for the Global KCP.  Ensure that this vision is integrated into the overall Global Marketing vision. 


  • Partner with Global B2B Marketing stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in Global Marketing Product roadmaps. 


  • Act as a business marketing technologist bringing ideas and solutions to leverage digital capabilities like AI-ML, UX, APIs/services, RPA, platforms and eco-systems.


  • Works closely with development teams and/or guide Delivery Teams to implement Global KCP requirements. 



  • For Global KCP Marketing specific requirements that require a Global KCP Marketing delivery team, this role will manage:



    • Build the case with Global KCP and DTS Leaders to secure funds for Global KCP Marketing needs.


    • Product lifecycle including development of customer journeys, features, deployment of roadmaps, and measurement and management of adoption.


    • Create, manage, and prioritize Global KCP Marketing requirements backlog to streamline execution of Global KCP Marketing objectives.


    • Manage vendors to ensure software roadmaps and delivery of features are completed based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.


    • Ensure that volume of work flowing to delivery team optimizes team performance.


    • Maximize the value of the Global KCP Marketing deliverables over its life cycle by defining and owning capabilities ROI, including budget and/or P&L.


    • Provision technology, including vendor research, request for proposals, and partnering with Procurement on vendor selection and contracts.




  • Understanding of cyber risks, K-C security posture, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to K-C IT security and controls framework


  • Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.


  • Engage and motivate employees and resources with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.


Required Qualifications and Experiences:


  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline.


  • Proven experience managing B2B/B2E software products with 7-10+ years product management and marketing experience.


  • Experience with leading Global Marketing Strategy development, including visioning, road mapping, outcome definition, feature prioritization and go to market strategy.


  • Proven implementation experience in Web (Sitecore), Content Management (Sitecore, Stibo, MediaBeacon), CRM (Salesforce.com) and eCommerce (Magento and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud) with Customer at the center of any execution.


  • Proven experience in applying digital enablers (AI-ML, APIs, RPA, UX, etc.) to accelerate marketing deliverables.


  • Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for Marketing.


  • Experience in Agile and Agile methodologies as a team member.


  • Program Management / Delivery experience.


  • Experience in systems integration.


  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting Delivery Teams.


  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
