Position responsibilities include:

* Leading the care team during your shifts.

* Managing resident medications

* Assessing resident care needs

* Charting and documentation.

* Working with families, physicians, home health agencies, and hospice agencies to assist in coordinating care for residents.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a licensed LPN or RN in the State of Indiana.

*Enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and their coworkers.
