Summary:


The Software Sales Associate role is the best position to start your career in sales working alongside seasoned sales executives. The SA will sell add-on software and solutions to the TrueCommerce Install Base while identifying cross-sell opportunities for other TrueCommerce solutions for the designated Sales Account Manager. This is a fast-track position for future high-performing sales professionals and leaders.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas as put forth by the company.

  • Maintain an acceptably high level of sales activity as determined by the company

  • Proactively find opportunities for the designated sales account manager from a targeted listing of product offerings

  • Assist the designated sales account manager with escalations, task nurturing and other duties

  • Build and maintain a robust sales funnel as determined by the company.

  • Proactively contact current customers to explain, build value for and sell additional products

  • Conduct effective sales presentations via telephone with current customers.

  • Help to solve customer issues in a timely manner.

  • Contact internal resources as necessary to resolve customer issues.

  • Update customer records as necessary.

  • Monitor and record customer satisfaction levels.

  • Attend sales department meetings and educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends within the industry.

Experience

Required

  • E-mail and preferably NetSuite or similar CRM

  • 1 year(s): Relevant intern/inside sales experience

Preferred
  • Proven ability in building client rapport

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Sales or related field
