JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in quantity food preparation is required.

Ability to read recipes, simple mathematical calculations Knowledge of food production techniques and equipment

Exposure to extreme heat and cold from ovens and freezers
