We are one of Nebraska's oldest success stories located in the heart of Nebraska and we're looking for an experienced Voice Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will help support and maintain our new unified communication services system to support our strong growth. We offer a salary range of $70k to $90k, excellent benefits and we pay for professional trainings and certifications!

As the Voice Engineer, you will support and maintain our Cisco communication and collaboration systems including Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Unity, Finesse and Contact Center. This position is based in Grand Island but for the right candidate this role can be fully remote!

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot UCS infrastructure and Cisco technologies.
• Monitor and test VoIP network performance and provide reports to upper management.
• Research voice products, services, protocols and standards in support of development efforts.
• Tailor scripts to control Interactive Voice Response operations.
• Assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco infrastructure.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience with Cisco phone systems and technologies
• CCNA or CCNP preferred
