We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

Job Duties:

* Overall responsibility for the project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW).
* Planning and estimating for the project, tracking the plan up to date.
* Review and Approval of project plans and estimates.
* Review and Approval of technical documents.
* Interviewing and on boarding resources for the project.
* Allocating tasks/requirements documented by BA.
* Reporting project status to stakeholders.
* Tracking and monitoring the project as per the plan.
* Getting the inspections/reviews done as per the plan.
* Conducting project meetings and Customer communication.
* Metrics collection, analysis and usage.
* Participate in Client meetings and discussions
* Timely escalation of issues to Account manager / Delivery Manager
* Mentor the project team
* Acting as first point of escalation for day to day service issues
* Will ensure that there is a good onsite offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery
* Weekly/ Monthly status reporting
* Ensure on-time delivery

Basic Qualifications:

* 7+ years of work experience in IT

* 5 end to end Salesforce.com Implementation project at least 6 month duration in each project or part of Salesforce.com application support team for 3+ years.

* 4+ years Experience in handling Agile environments is mandatory

* 2+ years of Salesforce.com working with -standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities

Nice to have skills;

* Should be familiar with General CRM functionalities
* Any Salesforce.com certification is appreciated
* Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
* PMI PMP/ACP Certification preferred.

* Should be familiar with Development and Support project life cycle
