Location: Jasper, Indiana
All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.
CNC Operatormust be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
CNC experience a plus
Able to setup machine according to programs.
Attention to detail.
Responsible for changing and maintaining all tooling.
Ability to identify wood species and grades of veneers.
Willingness to learn more than one CNC.
Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly. (Anything heavier requires assistance with lifting).
Push/Pull products on the line 34-66% of the workday.
Simple grasping of tools and products 67-100% of the workday.
Firm grasping of tools and products 67-100% of the workday.
Standing 67-100% of the workday.
Reaching 67-100% of the workday.
Must be able to read or willing to learn to read a tape measure in inches and millimeters.
Must be willing to cross train in other jobs eventually.
