Primarily manages all details of the Budget Modification Request (BMR) process, performs all daily maintenance of the Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution (PBCS) system and the related security matrix, and is responsible for a significant portion of the university's annual target letter and budget load process including assisting in preparation of major sections of the target letters, performing initial review of submitted budgets and correcting errors, creating budget journal entries and import into PRISM. Will also prepare and assist in the analysis of the annual Financial Disclosure Report to the State, prepare quarterly reports on central reserves and tuition incentives, support Budget Liaisons in the Responsibility Center Resource Proposal process, prepare management reports, and perform other ad hoc analyses. Requires strong knowledge of accounting. Must have excellent computing and analytical skills and be able to work independently.
