The Director, North America Communications is looking for an experienced professional to help accelerate the company’s cadence of business and strategic communications for our North America Commercial organization as a key strategy in driving growth and innovation across our largest market, comprising about 75 percent of our annual revenue.

The successful candidate must have experience in designing and implementing multi-channel, strategic communications on a range of issues for diverse internal and external audiences. Focus areas include global people (HR) communications, diversity & inclusion communications, philanthropy communications, executive leadership messaging for various business unit teams, special project support on corporate-wide communication initiatives, event management support, intranet content creation, digital platform management, and writing and editing a variety of messages for a range of clients.

Responsibilities

Develop messaging frameworks to drive key business goals and strategies for select North America business verticals comprised of Financial Services & Insurance; Healthcare & Life Sciences; Communications, Media & Technology; and Products & Resources

Collaborate with Director, North America Communications and global Social Media team on a North America social media strategy and implementation

Support the North America employee communications strategy in partnership with and support from the Global Internal Communications and Global Sales Communications teams

Create and implement comprehensive, engaging and effective communications campaigns and collateral

Working with North America Commercial teams, oversee customer win program

Support North America quarterly town hall meetings and annual Global Planning Summit (GPS)

Ability to produce a broad range of original content from concept to delivery, including executive e-mail announcements, video scripts, social posts, intranet pages, webcasts, blogs and presentation materials

Skills & Experience Required:

8+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications in a corporate environment

Passionate about driving employee engagement and employee experience

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Experience working on a CMS

Prior experience reporting on communication analytics on SaaS platforms, Google Analytics, etc.

Excellent English writing skills with knowledge of AP style

Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism or Marketing degree preferred)

Prior experience working for a global B2B company is preferred
