Manage and implement content flow from Programming and Net Ops. Plan and research inventory with corporate and outside media partners. Analyze needs for the partners to strategize and implement projects to meet corporate and network goals. Manage network programming schedule and network cue tones and other technical secondary events.
Key Activities
Manage content flow from Programming and from Net Ops
Understand how each of the log elements (primary and secondary) affect master control, affiliate broadcast stations, and viewer experience
Responsible for format template creation, format instance manipulation, and format management based on network
Liaise with affiliate relations and affiliate marketing concerning log and primary and secondary events within the log
Analyze each syndicated series and create format templates that maximize inventory to reach budgetary goals
Run capacity models for series and programs to plan future inventory
Develop new ways to use inventory for sales and sales marketing
Steward program media by tracking media delivery
Collaborate and communicate with network operations to stretch inventory by manipulating on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Assist with sales ops management in identifying over sold and under sold day parts and programs and suggest ways to alleviate the issues
Manage software integration to and from WideOrbit Network and WideOrbit Program through CAPI integration
Act as backup to log coordinator

Skills
Education & Experience/Certifications
College degree preferred
3-5 years experience in log or inventory roles
Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Ability to adhere to tight daily deadlines without compromising quality; analyze data thoroughly to make sound decisions; embrace new ideas through expression and presentation
Previous experience with any WideOrbit traffic
Must demonstrate a clear understanding of sales operations

Posses organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
