We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Position\'s General Duties and Tasks

* Play a key role for a Treasury Data Management reconciliation project across Banking / Treasury / Traded products.

* You will be involved with daily/monthly controls and governance routines supporting the completeness and accuracy of data consumed by downstream stakeholders.

* Supervising junior data analysts to ensure work product is completed accurately and on time.

* Managing relationships with business partners (Data Stewards, Treasury Business stakeholders, Technology, Governance) to ensure compliance with data quality and data fit for use requirements.

* Assisting in the design, development, testing and implementation of Data Quality, Data Validation, and reconciliation controls.

* Ensuring Data Control Governance process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes.

* Creating and maintaining required documentation and evidence to ensure adherence to EDM Standards.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.

* 5+ years financial services industry experience in one or more of the following areas: retail/wholesale banking, lending, credit card payments, wealth management or capital markets.

* 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role that required experience with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to identify data issues, accuracy, and trends.

* 3+ years of experience managing project teams of 3+ people.

* 3+ years of experience in a role that required presenting analytical data (simple through complex) to senior leaders and/or customers.

Preferences:

* Management Consulting experience

* Banking Regulatory experience

* Treasury experience
