Job Description:

As an Operations Specialist II you will be responsible for:

• Processing daily work for your business unit. You will balance quantity with quality to ensure you are meeting your daily objectives.

• Network with peers and your management to form relationships conducive to ensuring processes run smoothly and SLAs are met

• Be a Team Player by exuding positivity and helping to create and maintain a friendly and productive work environment

• Learn all aspects of all different processes/functions so that you can assist/back-up processors when necessary

• Identifying account numbers in system to generate letters to be sent out to customers to assist them in taking care of Registrations and or Recalls.

• Generating Batch Trailing coversheets and prepping documents received to be imaged.

• Other tasks assigned by management

Job requirements:

• Attention to detail

• Open to management feedback

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Be able to operate office equipment

• Proficient PC knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
