Client Associate - Part Time

Shift: Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

In this position, you will provide personalized banking services to Signature's banking clients. Your knowledge of banking products will aid you in responding to inquiries and requests regarding accounts. If you are proactive and detail oriented, this opportunity might be a fit!

Primary responsibilities include:

- Provide excellent client service, resolve issues and respond to client inquiries/requests regarding accounts, balances, etc.

- Assist with account opening process following established procedures and policies

- Prepare and compile new client applications

- Assist in processing wire transfers as needed

- Coordinate and assist back office operations in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related client concerns

- Maintain operational compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience required

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- Client service oriented with an ability to respond promptly to client needs, follow through on issues and build positive relationships

- High level of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills

- Highly motivated, proactive, organized and detail oriented, team player with a positive can-do attitude

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
