We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent educational or professional experience
- 2-3+ years customer service or retail experience
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise application software highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to trouble shoot programs and have strong problem-solving skills
- Robust attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and projects
