Key internal interactions are with the Senior Category Development Manager, the Sr. Director of Category Development, the Account Management team, and our Business Insights Team. Externally, this position primarily interacts with the Walmart and Sam's Club Merchandising TeamsEXPERIENCE

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

that matter most for this role:

* 4+ years related work experience

* Ability to present industry and category information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and provides the audience with a clear understanding of the business issue at hand

* Knowledge of the CPG industry

* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas to automate and add value to reports

* Space Management software experience strongly preferred

* Experience with syndicated data tools such as IRI Xlerate and/or Nielsen Nitro systems, Walmart internal system Retail Link strongly preferred

* Self-starter, detail oriented, highly organized, ability to multitask and work in a team oriented environment

* Understands the need for accuracy, timeliness, and a sense of urgency when needed

* Strong customer service aptitude and retailer facing experience

* Ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management

* Bachelor s Degree preferred

* English

* Travel up to 10%
