Job Description:

Candidate will create and execute various sworn documents. Responsibilities include review of imaging and other source systems to determine necessary authorization to complete documents. You will ensure completed documents are signed, witnessed, notarized under dual control, and submitted for Quality review. You will review all documents for accuracy and verify correct documentation is attached. Signing authority where applicable and adherence to the Sworn Documents policy is required. You must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize daily tasks.

Requirements:


  • Computer Skills
  • Data Entry
  • Strong knowledge of banking industry business structures a plus; previous experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
  • Must be willing to work in a fast paced, heavy volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
  • Strong previous customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; professional and courteous
  • Must have strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task; typing while reading, viewing multiple screens and systems, keeping up to date with new procedures and tracking all items processed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must display high sense of urgency
  • Must be highly adaptable to change
  • HS Diploma or GED required
