Junior Staff Accountant

Quirk Auto Dealers is looking to hire a new staff accountant for their NH dealerships. This position would report to the Controller and would oversee day-to-day administrative operations at their NH locations. The right candidate will show organization and efficiency in a professional yet fun work environment as a part of our accounting team. This candidate must be available Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.

Job Duties:

• Reconciling and posting daily bank transactions


• Accounting schedule management


• Send out daily reports


• Post Car sales transactions and related tasks


• Reconcile Finance and Insurance products and perform submissions


• Interdepartmental communication


• Reconcile factory receivables/rebates


• Accounts Payable for select vendors


• Additional items as required

Job Requirements:

• Organized & Detail Oriented


• Reliable


• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel


• Accounting degree preferred
  


• 1-3 Years of prior accounting experience preferred
