Specializes in providing customer service and daily support in service center operations inclusive of high-touch customers and regulatory-based issues. Responsibilities can include answering customer inquiries, processing transactions, resolving problems, troubleshooting technical issues, written or digital correspondence, and identifying opportunities to promote additional products/services based on the customer needs
