Description The Executive Talent Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity in a high growth environment that will significantly impact and support the leadership team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for identifying and connecting top talent to fill senior leader and C-suite roles. You will work in a fast-paced, performance driven environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences to internal and external contacts.

This position is based out of Stamford, CT and New York, NY and will work across all Herman Miller Group brands globally.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:

- Owning recruitment: execute full life-cycle recruitment processes for open senior level leadership positions
- Finding the best talent: develop, design, and drive creative recruitment strategies, and create sourcing strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce
- Shaping process: initiate the initial client conversation with hiring manager, work to define role requirements, provide recruitment strategy and selection, and define the interview process
- Advising and consulting: help the business find the right fit and oversee the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best leaders to meet business needs
- Creating great experiences: provide high touch candidate and hiring manager experiences that differentiate Herman Miller Group
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Seven years of full cycle recruiting experience with three years of in-house recruiting. Agency recruiting experience is beneficial
- Experience leading strategic recruiting efforts for senior level and executive roles
- Strong business acumen with experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- A strong understanding of Herman Miller Group's employer brand and the ability to convey culture through various communications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Behavioral Based Interviewing experience
