JOB TITLE: Operational Logistics - I MEF G7/EOTG

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Subject matter expertise (SME) and planning support services to I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) G-7 / I MEF Expeditionary Operations Training Group (I EOTG). SME provides strategic and operational planning support for advisor training.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct strategic and operational planning support for logistics operations

- Support the I MEF Expeditionary Operations Training Group (I EOTG) Logistics Exercise Support Cell in logistical development and planning, and support during execution of all EOTG training and exercises

- Support all aspects of logistics planning and execution in support of Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF) exercises and training

- Assist in the planning and coordinating all transportation, billeting, chow, supply, and fiscal requirements necessary for EOTG directed/sponsored training events - both on and off military installations

- Assists I MEF subordinate units - 11th, 13th, and 15th MEUs - in exercise concept development, determination of training site/logistics hub suitability

- Provide logistics assistance I MEF Subordinates as they plan and develop their MEU level PTP exercises. Support includes guidance pertaining to transportation, billeting, chow, supply, and fiscal areas

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Clearance: Secret

- US Citizen

- Secret Clearance

- Bachelor's Degree (6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Associate's Degree plus four (4) additional years' experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)

- MAGTF logistics planning and execution experience of USMC MOS of 04XX or other service equivalent

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Over 10 years of relevant experience

- U.S. Marine Corps (or service equivalent) Command and Staff College graduate

- Experience supporting I MEF Staff Level
