Overview

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Learning Program Manager is to design, develop, implement and manage learning programs for Fulton Bank's Commercial business units, focusing on workforce readiness job skills, professional development, onboarding programs and career path advancement, and delivering the programs to targeted audiences. Through consultation, the incumbent will evaluate programs to ensure business unit needs and training expectations are met through delivery of cost effective, quality learning programs and methods.

Flexible working location available within Fulton's state footprint of PA, DE, MD, NJ & VA with primary training location in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, maintain and evaluate new and existing training programs and curriculums in adherence with Learning and Development standards, and in collaboration with assigned business units to assess learning needs including scope, learner ability, and business performance alignment while ensuring all programs correlate with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Build training plans and curriculum roadmaps, determine project goals and milestones, forecast completion dates, identify project risks and opportunities for mitigation of risk, inform management of accomplishments, and deliver project summaries and reporting
- Facilitate or coordinate new and existing training programs for business units, including new hire onboarding, technical, policy, procedure and product knowledge, utilizing the appropriate delivery method and partnering with business units to determine proper course exit strategy
- Ensure training programs are assigned to appropriate audiences and tracked in the Learning Management System for accurate metric reporting, and provide specialized training as necessary to support business unit initiatives
- Design, develop and conduct Train the Trainer sessions for appropriate individuals as needed, and oversee implementation of pilot sessions for all new training programs
- Research, recommend and schedule vendor training as needed by business units, including but not limited to American Banking Association training programs

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Human Resources, or other applicable. (Required)Experience:
- 5 or more years banking experience in the Commercial business line.
- A combination of:
- 5 or more years' experience with Project Management and Consultation with business line clients.
- 5 or more years Learning and Development program design experience, including proven experience with the ADDIE model of instructional design.
- Ability to track, measure, and assess the success and ROI of Commercial learning programs and use data to improve and enhance future learning programs.
- Excellent training delivery with experience using a variety of delivery methods and platforms including instructor led, web based and blended learning solutions.
- Experience providing coaching and feedback in a learning environment or on the job.
- Ability to travel within Fulton's state footprint depending on training business needs.

Preferred Experience:
- 5 or more years' experience in a combination of:
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to educate diverse audiences.
- Experience consulting with clients to provide strategic solutions to learning needs.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to take personal accountability for the success of initiatives.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
