We are currently seeking a Operations Transformation Sr. Manager to join our team in New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

* Advising executives (e.g., CxO, VP, Director) transforming business and operations to improve agility and support growth.
* Co-leading scoping, negotiating, and contracting of advisory and assessment services and deliverables.
* Leading multiple work streams in the execution of programs and projects that assess business and operations.
* Building consensus across client stakeholders by managing their inputs to create beneficial outcomes for all.
* Ensuring solutions/recommendations address conclusions and convey insights aligned with practice/client expectations.
* Navigating seamlessly between strategic design concepts and operational improvement ideation.
* Anticipating client needs to proactively develop and review solutions prior to clients recognizing the relevance.
* Assessing and defining consulting delivery methodologies, approaches, and frameworks that improve engagement success.
* Developing client rapport through ensuring the team s quality delivery of services that generates new sales opportunities.
* Owning aspects of account planning and client interactions to expand services delivered and team duration.
* Understanding client business needs and translating into proposals based on value generated and investment constraints.
* Leading and contributing to the sales and development of proposals related to client requests and/or competitive bids.
* Managing professional development that entails opportunities to refine existing skill set and develop new skills.
* Recruiting (campus/experienced candidates), retaining, evaluating, developing, and coaching practice consultants.

Location: Candidates can live anywhere in the continental U.S.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years of management consulting (strategy and operations focused, non-systems integration/technology) experience.
* 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience.
* 3+ years determining and/or managing company research topics with quantitative and/or qualitative analyses, including synthesis to generate insights and/or support recommendations.
* 3+ years of experience designing, creating, and facilitating executive-level presentations.
* 1+ years of experience supporting account: planning, development, proposals, and sales.
* 1+ years of experience leading proposals and/or developing sell-side consulting delivery contract content.

Preferred Skills:

* Master s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Management consulting experience with Big 4.
* Client advisory experience across a diverse set of strategic, technology-agnostic projects within services and/or industrials.
* Relevant industry and/or consulting experience related to two or more of the following: Operations Excellence, Supply Chain Optimization, Cost Transformation, or Process Optimization.
* Proven experience managing consulting teams in parallel across multiple work streams within a project and or program.
* Experience building and managing client relationships and satisfaction are so seen as a project delivery trusted advisor.
* Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence and maintain client relationships for business development.
* Exercises sound judgment independently through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution.
* Highly adept in meeting facilitation, presentation creation, diagramming, spreadsheet modeling, and word processing.
* Actively involved in advancing company brand through approved social media and/or published content.
