We are currently seeking a Python, JSON, LaTeX - Senior Programmer with an understanding of Phishing Campaign Assessments to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA is currently seeking to hire a Senior Phishing Campaign Assessment Programmer to support the Phishing Campaign Assessments (PCA) and Continuous Phishing Assessment (CPA) service offerings, the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining PCA and CPA service queues and current/future process documentation, monitoring service progress and report delivery, providing recommendations for service enhancements, and assisting with other requested deliverables as necessary. The contractor shall also perform the routine operational and logistical duties necessary to begin, maintain, and close out assessments. These duties include, but are not limited to, on-boarding new customers, updating JIRA tracking tickets to reflect assessment status, selecting and/or modifying email phishing templates, communicating the status of on-going assessments with the customer and branch leadership, writing and reviewing reports, and collecting and archiving assessment data. The contractor shall also support and improve the code base and standard operating processes of the two services. These duties include, but are not limited to, working with groups outside of the government agency branch to collaborate on code changes, work independently on what code changes need to occur to improve program performance, and research tool or process changes that will improve the services. Additionally, the contractor shall work with the teams outside of the government agency branch to troubleshoot technical issues with the PCA and CPA service infrastructure.

Key skill sets include, but are not limited to, understanding real-world phishing techniques used to fool email recipients into taking a desired action (i.e. click links, open attachments, provide sensitive information), operational knowledge of web and email security protocols typically employed to block/detect phishing attempts, ability to write clearly and professionally, customer service oriented, and coding and programming experience (preferred: Python, JSON, LaTeX, website development).

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of six (6) years supporting IT projects in a technical capacity

* 3-5 years of coding experience in Scripting languages

* Bachelor s degree

* U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (a TS/SCI may be obtained during employment)

Preferred:

* CompITA Security+ or understanding of email Phishing Campaigns
