Job Description:

The Senior Photography Manager, Sports is the lead for all aspects of still photography production for use across all Red Bull s outlets. They are available to photograph shows, events, etc. as well as 360 degree photos for Red Bull Photography VR. They commission photographers from across the US, receive, check and distribute the content, as well as help to grow the Red Bull Photography name and product. The Senior Photography Manager is a vital part of kick-off meetings with show productions and will help find and commission photographers for any Sports projects. The individual will provide shoot briefs, amend metadata and explain the delivery process to receive and check the photos. The Senior Photography Manager s responsibility with Red Bull Photography is to help grow the awareness of Red Bull Photography as a whole, particularly in the world of Sports.EXPERIENCE

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

* 110+ years in the photography industry.

* 2Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent academic training or proven track record in the fields of media, communications and/or photography.

* 3Editorial background / field experience (in the field of photography).

* 4Experience/background in set Production.

* Experience with both Print and Web publications.

* Ability to create and see a project from birth to completion.

* Ability to consistently edit photos to match.

* Able to manage people and direct photographers.

* Ability to multi-task and not act quickly when needed.

* Knowledge of all types and can shoot almost any camera.

* Editorial Skills, and an eye for good photography.

* Proven coordination & organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

* Communicative, flexible and open minded.

* Resourceful and willing to work a non-traditional global schedule.

* Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.

* Broad knowledge of MS Office tools & photography file formats.

* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge.

* Real time knowledge of photography technology, trends, equipment, etc.

* Passion for Photography and the Red Bull brand.

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* English

* Travel up to 25%
