POSITION TITLE
Strategy Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Strategy Analyst will support the Corporate Strategy team in executing company-wide transformational projects and driving growth and profitability programs. Specifically, this role will support the Corporate Strategy team in efforts such as industry & competitive analyses, performance/capability assessments, analyses of new growth opportunities & new business models, portfolio management, organizational redesign, and margin/ROIC optimization across the business.
The individual must be able to think big picture while also going deep into details. Must have a strong personal drive and hold themselves accountable to deliver high quality products on short timelines to senior leaders. Should have an innate curiosity to investigate potential risks, opportunities, and implications of various factors. Must be results oriented to work with speed and agility. The ability to collaborate effectively with varied groups is a requirement as the analyst will quickly dive into focus areas with new teams on short notice. Strong core problem solving skills are required to deliver analyses and bring collaboration partners along in the process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver thorough internal and external analyses in a fast paced and dynamic environment, often under tight deadlines
- Be data driven and detail oriented, with an eye for the larger picture and long-term implications. Be exceptional at pulling insights from a variety of sources, including databases, industry reports, social media and more
- Synthesize strategic recommendations to senior leadership-based data analyses, industry benchmarks, and growth agendas
- Prioritize deliverables and manage project timelines across various groups
- Work effectively with cross functional teams to support the execution of projects
- Work with team leads to develop concepts & insights that can be translated into executable activities/projects
- Support program governance at enterprise level to ensure risk & issue management, strategic alignment & resource use are effectively managed

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree required with an MBA strongly preferred
- 2 - 3+ years of related experience (Consulting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Product Management), with strong analytical background
- Experience researching, developing and/or implementing thoughtful strategies and/or new growth platforms for commercial companies
